Look at the corruption in the Kayibanda government. This Bududa landslide tragedy that claimed over 400 lives happened less than a month ago- the people are still stranded waiting to be relocated, but the budget for it has disappeared. So what is Kayibanda doing in government when very simple services can not be delivered?

Uganda State Minister For Preparedness should not insult the people of Bududa and Bugisu sub region as a whole. He knows the money that was allocated has never been delivered to what it was supposed to do. Calling Bududa MP Nambeshe a malwa information collector is unacceptable. The Bamasaaba have been very lenient to NRM for a long time. Yet the way the NRM government has been treating these people is abominable. And If Mr Musa Ecweru thinks that what Hon Nambeshe said was not true, why did President Museveni apologise?

This time Mr President, apology will never be enough. You and the people you normally appoint are a problem to Ugandans. Too many corrupt people in the NRM government. There is no office that respects the law on bribery and corruption.

Money meant for Nodding disease in Northern Uganda was lost and has never been found. No one was properly punished for swindling the money. This looks like a plan purposely crafted to get loans and Aid from foreign countries for known thieves in government. They do not serve Ugandans but themselves. Some of us couldn't be part of these scandals.

I think sending the "night dancer" Chris Baryomunsi to Bududa was a disrespectful gesture. His Ministry is infested with corruption and bribery to the core. Not fit for purpose.
