As I am planning to log off for the night, I need to raise a reflection on how busy the senate has been. Yes I said how busy the senate has been. You see as our friends the Democrats are working day and night to turn United States into Venezuela, and as their attack Dogs, the goons are attacking and chasing Republicans out of theaters, bus stops, air ports and restaurants, it is the job of the Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, and Senator Mitch McConnell to plow right through the mud of Democrats, and do the job that Americans expect them to do in the senate. On October the 6^th 2018 after a huge mud by Democrats, the senate managed to put a vote on the floor that confirmed the second judge to the supreme court by the current Commander in Chief.

 

Democrats have had a huge problem that Mitch McConnell and Grassey refused to shut down the senate in August for Democrats refused to approve anything. There is a very looming mid-term election where many Democrats want to go home and start to campaign. So as an old man Mitch is, he decided to sit with Schumer and they agreed to cut a deal. Allow the judges appointed by the Commander in chief, and I allow the Democrats to go home and campaign.

 

To the surprise of everyone, Charles Ellis Schumer asked to see the list of the judges, Mitch handed him a whole pile of names that they want to be approved. I am informing you that today, Charles Ellis Schumer has agreed to approve 15 judges appointed by the president, in one day only today. Three of the judges are for the powerful circuit courts of appeals, while the other 12 are for district court positions. The three circuit court nominees confirmed were David Porter for the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on a 50-45 vote, Ryan Douglas Nelson for the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, 51-44, and Richard J. Sullivan for the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, 79-16.

 

As far as I know there are 34 judicial nominees waiting for senate confirmation, I also know that yesterday Wednesday The president announced yet another slate of 13 nominees. Democrats also allowed a package of judges to be confirmed in August as a condition of going home.

 

To sum it all up, Mitch McConnell and President Donald Trump will now have confirmed 84 judges over the past two years, including two Supreme Court nominees, after the deal that has been done today. It is not yet 2 years of presidency, it is very possible that the president is going to cut the 100 judges cut off line. We are waiting for media reports to come out probably before my midnight about this sweet deal that has just been taken between The Democrats and the senate leadership.
