Fellow citizens,

I hereby wish to officially thank the people of Lira district and the selfless people of Turkey who volunteered the remarkable gesture of completing a Mosque whose construction my late father initiated back in 1978, and which had remained unfinished for the last 40 years. President Idi Amin is the leader who opened business for all indigenous Ugandans in all economic sectors and at all levels, thereby putting the economy of Uganda right in the hands of the people of Uganda. He is the founder of the true Ugandan economy (away from the British colonial economy that simply exploited Ugandans).
I sincerely thank you all. And pray that your son 11 year old Dickens Okello (RIP) gets justice for his harrowing death a few weeks ago at the hands of two heartless xenophobic Indian pedophiles. Though I hope that you all accept the apology offered by the Indian Community Association, and let justice take its rightful course.
