Why did WBK keep insisting this woman is a muganda when evidence is now emerging that she is a Rwandan and uses a Rwandan passport?. May be he was just indulging in make belief- WBK has a habit of posing as an expert even on matters he has no clue about. He did deny for many years that Kale Kayihura was a Rwandan, even when I told him Kalekezii, Kayihura's father was a prominent member of the UPC and very close to president Obote and never hid his Rwandan nationality..

Look at that Rwandan lady she stolen a lot money from our country but bad enough when she was escaping from Uganda she used a Rwandan passport which means she has two passports
