What happened to the Cuban doctors? I see here Kayibanda is issuing a directive to prevent Ugandan doctors from practising privately, yet he will not settle the dispute he is engaged in with the Doctors Association.. Dementia must be running down the Rwandan outlaw. How can you run a health service the way he is doing it? one third of Ugandan trained doctors are now working abroad- you can see the tragedy that has befallen our country and people.
