Jounalist arrested for calling on Lango people to rise up against the kayibanda Museveni regime in rage at the brutal murder of schoolboy Dickens Okello. Lango people  hold Kayibanda Museveni responsible for the murder of Okello  as be brought the Indian murderers to Lango without any invitation nor permission of the Lango people. The Lango people warn Kayibanda he is pouring oil on fire by arresting a journalist who is simply doping his patriotic duty. He is already sentenced to death and should refrain from enraging the people even more than they are already, otherwise the death sentence will be extended to members of his family.
