Why don’t we eat banana flowers in Uganda? It is so strange that in Uganda we always throw the banana flower and eat the banana, when it is more useful to the body than the banana its self. Why do we just throw them away? I have been in countries where they literary fight for them, there are countries that ship them to international markets due to their dietary value.

 

Why do we just throw Banana fruits in Uganda?
