List of people on the ill-fated MV-Templar boat cruise (dead and alive)
We at Watchdog Uganda are compiling a list of people who were on the ill fated MV Templar boat. More than 100 people were on the vessel. But we can only account for a third of them. Yet the organisers did not compile the list of people on board. We request you to help identify the people.
