New Leader of Opposition in Parliament, Hon Betty Aol Ochan, has
realigned her command (see as attached). Kyaddondo East MP, Robert
Kyagulanyi (Bobi Wine) does not feature. Previously, i was asked why
he wasn't appointed to head a committee and i didn't know. Even now i
don't know why he is missing. Perhaps he is not taken too seriously in
some circles.
