#Rwanda: Citizens' coexistence over the last twenty-four years has been marked by a situation of 'no-war-no-peace'.
In other words, we are facing a situation of covert conflict, with tensions mounting on a daily basis. Our fear is that the clock is ticking; and if nothing is done right now, at some boiling point, tensions may peak dangerously.
