Veteran politician Dick Nyai passes on

The former UPC stalwart represented Ayivu County in Parliament.
Dick Nyai, whose health has been poor for sometime, breathed his last on Wednesday afternoon.
He was rushed to Arua Hospital on Tuesday evening and tests were carried out.
However, before the results of the tests came out, he breathed his last.
Burial arrangements are still underway.
Nyai represented Ayivu county in National Resistance Council, Constituent Assembly and 6th Parliament.
He was replaced by former gender minister Bakoko Bakora. He later retired from politics.
