 The Governour of Bank of Uganda did not have powers to close banks instead it was a minister who directed on what can be done...

As matters get serious the banks were being closed without recording anything as regards what assets did the bank have at the time of closure nor documentation as regards when the bank was opened.

As it goes interesting it appears the Bank of Uganda legal team does not know which law they were following at the time of Banks closure.

The question I have as a UGANDAN is ...why are these people employed in Bank of Uganda....

Most of them admitted they made errors but you can see alot incompetence within the bank. 

Yet you hear people the Bangyenda were being paid billions of money....for what....

Fellow UGANDANS it's high time we sweep these incomptences out of office and clean we clean up our country ourselves..
