{UAH} What is the future of Uganda youth

I exactly don't know the future of Uganda.

After ten years in Uganda, working mainly with young people, it
appears to me virtually all youth that have grown up in the past 40
years have an element of untrustworthiness, work only to obtain riches
very quickly, grossly manipulative, alienated towards work, develop a
very bad anti-people attitude (shirking).

What have observed and think about it?
