On second thoughts, men running away from own responsibilities is on the increase. The cow hide whip can do some forced corporal punishment in the event the sub-headman has no rolled-hippo-hide-whip in store!

Whats the matter with Kenyan men? This one has probably gone AWOL, leaving his poor wife heartbroken. Someone should bring him back and give him the traditional punishment- 5 good strokes of the cow-hide cane on his bare buttocks. Then he may behave in future.
