You may be right. Kayibanda is going for the jugular- he wants to bleed Bob Wine to death- financially that is. Mr Wine now realises how high the stakes are- Kayibanda has escalated his responses and maybe he realises the brutal one of torture and unlawful imprisonment will not work- so instead he will use the  slow death method of of financial strangulation.

I wonder what Frank Mujabi and Dr Kololo make of Kayibanda's strategies and change of tactics, and how long Bob Wine can sustain a full scale financial squeezing of his balls.
