{UAH} KAMUSWAGA IS THE LAW IN KOOKI AND THE LAW IS HIM

KAMUSWAGA SUED!

Kamuswaga Apollo Sansa Kabumbuli and his guards from UPDF and other aides including Mubiru Robert, Baganzi Patience, Okum Nyeko, Yasin Kiyemba, Kwizera Alex, Edward Kamya, Ssekidde Patrick, Medhad Allam, and Seruwo Moses have been sued in the Hoigh Court of Uganda sitting in Masaka over kidnapping, injuring, assaulting and inflicting other damages to Dr. Joseph Kiyimba and his ABA Foundation, who were running a health camp in Kooki.

According to Dr. Kiyimba, at a press conference he held at Astoria Hotel in Kampala this afternoon, kamuswaga attacked them at the camp where he had American doctors that were offering free medical services to the people, commanded his aides including UPDF soldiers that were guarding him, to beat up every body and confiscate every equipment, and later imposed his own people as providing the service.

Now the High Court has summoned Kamuswaga and his nine aides to appear for defence within 15 days from yesterday or else the case will be heard in their absence.

Dr.Kiyimba believes that Kamuswaga thought that ABA Foundation was a Kingdom of Buganda's agency, which was not the case, and criticized him for taking the law into his own hands.
