{UAH} Kony has never been arrested !

I've read the report on our UAH informing of the arrest of Joseph Kony somewhere in Sudan. IRight away I've found this info inaccurate. I just wonder why the arrest of such a very notorious and the globe's most researched rebel leader whose portrait on You-Tube was read by 50 million people within the very first week of its appearance on internet four years ago, could not again attract the attention of the most accurate press medias, etc... In France where there have been a lot of very original reporting on Kony, we've so far seen nor heard nothing of the arrest. What we continue to hear is the news from home that whatever the brutal rebel will do he will never escape arrest because the arrest warrant  ( 2005 ) is still on in great vigour and very difficult to elude.The entire world press still wonders why the over 1200 elite American troops working with 5000 AU troops including hudreds of  our Ugandan troops have for years failed to locate the man, surround him and finally capture him.The game he has played against all these troops and govenment involvements is to spread his rebel activity and its influence in five neighbouring countries and this is reported to have raised his profile worldwide as a great soldier with mobilizing capacities. And this is what has also made him look strong and feared although he lacks numbers!  And, wherever he is, he has succeeded to pass as a mystic descending from the heavens with a mission to lead a rebellion. This in a sense has given the African masses the impression that Kony is special and that it was for that reason he has always defied arrest! 

Three years ago in a forum held at Khartoum University I was surprised to hear learned intellectuals opening support for Kony! And even in restaurants, etc.. Kony's name was 

an open prominence to many, and most of them were openly telling us that it would never happen for Sudan to to gift the ICC or Uganda with Kony. That meant a lot to many of us!

And on the global international scene there have been warnings on Kony, it appears! One report I read noted that Kony and his men were typical Ugandans with solid natural bases in their homeland. That they were not a mere spent force roaming about in the jungles of neighbouring countries but they were a potential occasion for further regrouping for a new mission in their land. I didn't understand this but I found it alarming!

Now th report on Kony's arrest springs from which source? Definitely this is an ancient story that was published by Drone Media on July 3, 2018. The words the new story uses are exactly the very same ones as they appeared in the old story. Therefore at this very particular moment, wherever Kony is ( dead or alive ) he's safe!
