BURUNDIAN PRESIDENT SAYS UGANDANS ARE SILLY DREAMERS TO EXPECT ANY GOOD FROM A RWANDAN CITIZEN, THE POT-BELLIED OUTLAW AND PORN ADDICT KAYIBANDA "MONEY" MUSEVENI. WHO LONG AGO DECLARED HIMSELF A "UGANDAN" DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE WAS BORN 91 YEARS AGO IN A HAMLET, SEVEN MILES FROM BUTARE TOWN IN RWANDA.. KAYIBANDA MUSEVENI HAS NEVER ACQUIRED UGANDAN CITIZENSHIP, AND IN ANY CASE, SUCH AN APPLICATION, WERE HE TO MAKE ONE, WOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REJECTED ON ACCOUNT OF HIS LIFE LONG CAREER OF OFFENDING AND CRIMINALITY. KAYIBANDA IS A MASS MURDERER WHO IS NOT MORALLY FIT TO CARRY THE PASSPORT OF UGANDA OR INDEED ANY CIVILISED COUNTRY IN THE WORLD. THE ONLY PASSPORT HE CAN CARRY IS THAT OF HIS MOTHERLAND RWANDA.
