{UAH} My. Ten Year Experience

My ten year experience: Uganda's problem is not underdevelopment but
rather how to organise development. The problem is not finances but
how to mobilise finances to fund development.

For where there is the need and want there is money and development -
every minute of the hour!

The above can explain a lot of things from Uganda's politics to the
social psychology of this nation.
