{UAH} NRM Anthropological Prism

Besides the spectacular wave of assassinations and murders that have
made Uganda headline in local and international media - and a few fits
in ICT, Music and Sports,

what other areas can Uganda claim to have attained or discovered
besides oil and gas discovery, Chinese industries, State corruption
in; Materials, Arts, Music, Chemistry, Drama, Physics, Medicine,
Engineering or Space exploration in the last 15 years that is the
period between January 2003 and December 2018?

Should Ugandans hail NRM anthropological Prism of violence,
sectarianism, peasantry and operation wealthy creation?
