Uganda: Museveni's Age Limit Lawyer Henry Oluka passed on. Mr. Oluka, the Senior Principle State Attorney in the office of the Attorney General much famed for successfully defending the abrogation of Uganda Constitution by removing The Presidential Age Limit to pave the way for Museveni Life Presidency. Oluka suffered cardiac arrest and he was rushed to Mulago National Referral Hospital, but no doctors were available to attend to him. The Healthcare in Uganda is in sorry state as Museveni diverted all resurces for his personal security to stay in power. Museveni has ruled Uganda for thirty three years so far. Museveni failed his diehard Henry Oluka -RIP.
