{UAH} RUTH KAMANDE TO HANG TODAY FOR MURDER OF BRUTAL MUSLIM BOYFRIEND.

Unless a last minute appeal succeeds, Ruth Kamande will be hanged today. You will recall the campaign we run on behalf of Kamande who was convicted of murdering her brutal Muslim boyfriend and sentenced to death. It seems our efforts have not succeeded, but we live in hope. We tried our best, if that's any consolation, but it was not good enough.

Ruth Wanjiru Kamande was found guilty of murder and sentenced to death in 2017. Ruth will be put to death later today by hanging. A former prison beauty queen found guilty of killing her boyfriend has been sentenced to death at Milimani Law Courts.
