Rwandan crook Sam kutesa tells Ugandans to kiss his arse as he is going nowhere, certainly not to an American Supermax facility any time soon, even though he is a fugitive from American justice. Kutesa is reputed to be the most corrupt, rotten and graft-ridden Rwandan who ever lived.
