KAGAME & MUSEVENI PLAN TO CHANGE BORDERS & CREATE THEIR OWN STATE DUBBED 'UGARWANDA'..reports Eric Kashambuzi

There are plans to change the border between Uganda and Rwanda and create a new state possibly called Ugarwanda. Ugannda and Rwanda delegations have already met and possibly agreed on that. The new capital city will likely be Kigali. Tutsi will rule the rest because they believe they are more intelligent, white people and born to rule over others. This fits in with the Rwakitura Covenant, fifty year master plan and the metamorphosis doctrine. Uganda's life presidency will speed up this process. Ipso facto, Uganda MPs beware.
