Mr Kahinda Otaffire says this man lacks experience!! I agree

He lacks experience of:-
Collapsing Banks
Misspending tax payers money
Leaving educational and health systems in ruins.
Paying peanuts to the Army and Police thus leaving them in poverty and open to bribery
Introducing fake Pyramid Schemes and calling them investors
Leading a government of dysfunctional ministries
Using the Office of The Prime Minister for corruption
Not paying Health workers, teachers, and all civil servants a living wage
Oppressing and denying Ugandans freedom of expression 
Using draconian unconstitutional methods and breaching the same constitution
Changing the constitution for his own interest and not that of the country's benefit
Practising Kleptocracy
Practising Nepotism
Promising much and doing very little like NRM

The list is long. Better a different experience than the above.

Someone remind Mr Kahinda Otaffire that their experience is extremely tired, shoddy,
