Can you please remind kayibanda Museveni that he has only 25 days left to roll out the first car. It surely will be a day for celebration- make sure the beer-bellied duo Kahinda Otafirre and Tumusimme Mutebelly are out of the country or else they may die of alcoholic poisoning.
