A course plan that was hatched by Dr. Ruto's affiliate MPs , it is revealed that at least 156 MPs are ready to tender their resignations to the speaker of the National Assembly rendering their seats vacant plus another 43 MPs from the NASA team who are still in consultation .
According to the parliamentary standing orders , it states that if 1/3 of the MPs tender their resignations at once then the entire Parliament stands dissolved paving way for a fresh general election.
At a crucial meeting held at Weston Hotel for more than seven hours , the interim committee was set up to work on plan which includes a send off packages and Direct party tickets in their respective constituencies .
