here is Kayibanda Museveni's so-called Minister of Tourism threatening the beauty Queen. Apparently he wants to use her to market the NRA and he has also demanded  sexual favours. The man is no different from his boss Kayibanda, a notorious sexual predator  who has turned the so-called state house into a harem or sex farm where he gets regular sexual services from his sex slaves he has appointed as ministers  like Mrs Mjuba, Mrs Bigombe,  etc
