How come Kenyan Intelligence was unable to penetrate this gang of Muslim terrorists when so many people were involved, and some of the planners were on a security watch list/ Despite being persons of interest to Intelligence Services, they were still able to use sim cards to plan their murderous rampage. Intelligenc is the biggest weapon against terrorism. Just killing 5 terrorists after the event or taking the remainder to court does not solve the problem. The terrorists have to be identified before hand, prevented from carrying out their rampage, and sent to sleep if necessary.
