Powerful Speaker Nancy Pelosi: Checkmates Putin's employees in the White House
President Donald Trump admitted defeat in his battle with Speaker Nancy Pelosiover holding his State of the Union Address during Trump's government shutdown.
The surrender was the first declared victory in a major battle between the two leaders since Democrats won control of the House of Representatives in the November midterm elections.
