{UAH} THE RAPE OF ZIMBABWE

Here is my former Zambian girlfriend who got fed up of life in the UK and became one of the very few people I have known in the diaspora who have taken the difficult decision to return to Africa and succeed. A majority of Ugandans who have returned home have quickly fallen into hard times and have returned,  tails firmly tucked behind their arses. The maximum period returnees have managed in Uganda is two years. In my case, I did not want to relocate to Southern Africa where she was headed, so we went our separate ways- or rather she went her separate way, leaving me behind heart broken. She has done very well, as her journalistic career has blossomed. She is now a news anchor for a major South African broadcaster.
