{UAH} UGANDA TO PRODUCE CARS BY 2018

Please reserve me one of these "Made in Uganda" cars which i understand rolled out of the production line yesterday, on the last day of 2018 to meet the deadline imposed by the benefactor Kayibanda.  I am sure I will be able to flog it for a million dollars in 2028 when kayibanda celebrates his 50years in power in Uganda.
