Get a load of this:
A Ugandan housewife reports to police that her husband is part of a gang that has been killing Muslim leaders around the country, and she's arrested so authorities may test her for mental illiness.
When is one supposed to follow the mantra; "see something, say something" in Uganda? Or are we supposed to "see no evil, say no evil?"
