This Should Not Surprise Anyone Because Ghana Is Currently Ruled By Nana Akufo-Addo, An Erudite and Highly Educated Intellectual, who studied Philosophy at Oxford University, UK and has a degree in Economics from the University of Ghana. Akufo-Ado also obtained Legal qualifications for Enrolment To the English Bar and Practised Law As A Barrister In Both the UK and Ghana. Uganda On The Other Hand Is Mis-Ruled By An Uneducated Tyrant Kayibanda Museveni, A Mental Midget Who Got Only A PASS DEGREE At The University Of Dar es Salaam, And This After 5 Years, Having first Enrolled For Law And Then Got Discontinued Because He Lacked The Required Intellect.
