Jihadi Bride Shamima Begum Is Caught In A Legal Limbo As Any Legal Challenge She Launches Against The Revocation Of Her UK Citizenship Will Take At least 2 Years To Get Resolved. In The Meantime, She Will Be caged In A Crowded Refugee Camp In Syria With A New Born Baby. Her Strongest Legal Card Now Is Her Child. As The Child Was Born Before Her Citizenship Was Revoked, He Is A UK Citizen And Is Entitled To Access To The UK National Health Service And The Protection Of UK Social Services. This Is The Point Her legal Team Will Be making, That It Is In The Interests Of The Child Not To Be Locked Up In A Refugee Camp For A Minute Longer Than Necessary. The UK May Demand That Shamima Gives Up The Child For Adoption Or Foster Care So He Is Taken To The UK. Shamima Has Also Indicated She Is Applying To The Government Of The Netherlands For Temporary Entry As The Father Of Her Child, A Jihadi Holy Warrior Who Surrendered And Is In The Custody Of Kurdish Forces, Is A Dutch Citizen.
