I need to go back to  my few points I posted about the lefties and the environmentalists. Two days ago I woke up early as I always do, only to find out that the entire Eastern side of the city was not moving for Don Valley Parkway and bottom of Bayview were closed due to flooding. To those that know this city DVP runs with the Don river side by side, but that river crested and crossed DVP which it has done before. But on the radio environmentalist had taken the discussion claiming how it is my fault for I neglected climate change, and now the rivers are going out of control, and we need to invest at least 200 billion dollars to reconstruct the side of the city. They called for tax increases which is their always solution. Now let us go to the facts before Gook explains to me how the environmentalists are right and I am wrong.  

 

Last week we got a pile of snow, temperatures dropped for a week and then out of the blue temperatures went from -35 to  plus 12  in a split of a day. When temperatures raise the snow has to melt, and it starts to move as water towards the river and into Lake Ontario. But last week I also complained that the city refused or failed to move the snow but clean the biker’s lanes. Remember that argument? When we get snow it melts and goes into the ground, but the snow on the roads and walk ways goes into the drainage system and flows to the Don River which takes it into Lake Ontario. When you do not remove the snow off the roads and walk ways, it melts into water, and some moves as ice blocks down the Don river, and the ice blocks go into the system to block it so that the water fails to flow towards the lake. And that is exactly what happened this week. Students of York University designed the snow melting trucks, remember those trucks that the city  used to drive on streets, they had a front that plowed the snow inside the truck, the middle of the truck had a stomach with fire running, and it melts the snow at contact. So the truck used to plow through the snow and water running out of its ass. We manufactured many of those trucks, but the city sold all often to American cities and Eastern provinces for Toronto no longer shovels snow. When you refuse to shovel the snow, it times you one time, and dumps so much on the city then the problem we had last week will be a must to happen. This has absolutely nothing to do with climate change but being stupid and refusing to use common sense.

 

A couple of years ago the city of Peterborough had a flooding, and many homes were destroyed. No that was not a result of climate change but again it was due to stupidity. A company came into  Peterborough and advertised a new cheaper way to make court yards, they show up and spread a substance which ends up becoming a hard floor on your house yard, and everyone loved it for it was simple to install. Homes bought the stuff that was never researched well. What they failed to realize was that the stuff actually used the temperature heat to expand and lift off the ground by very small fraction of a millimeter. Because this is a house yard that has no much traffic, house owners never realized that lift. When the rains came they found that lift and they went under to lift that entire coating and went with it down the river. When you get so many of these coatings going down the drainage system, they sat on the sinks and the water failed to go into the system, now you have a backup of water running into the system and you must end up with a flooding. After that flooding every house yard was redone with proper material and the city of Peterborough has never flooded again.

 

California fires were never caused due to Trump’s getting out of The Paris accord, no both the government of the state and the federal government neglected to do their job of managing the forests. Both governments must always go through the forests and remove every dead wood and much of the rubbish created by the falling leaves, thus deny a fire anything to feed on. When you do not remove those garbage’s they turn around and become the best meal of fire to end up with what you had. Many homes destroyed, and many lives lost. Sending money to Paris to defend the environment would not have saved the lives of people in California fires, it would have not saved the properties in Peterborough and it would have not allowed me to drive on Don Valley last week. Doing what we have always done and using our heads as we always used them would have gone a very long way to prohibit these actions from happening.

 

Please God save us from the lefties that always plan based on what I hardly work for, because they take my money by threatening me of my emanate demise.
