{UAH} Kyaligonza is seen commanding his soldiers to manhandle the traffic police woman

 This morning, NRA bush war historical Brigadier Matayo Kyaligonza is seen commanding his soldiers to manhandle the traffic police woman after she stopped Brig. Kyaligonza's military convoy from making a u -turn in the middle of the road contrary to traffic regulations. This high handedness and impunity by men in uniform must be condemned. All these rogue acts are done under the watchful eye of Mr. M7.
