Why are a few baganda kids playing music at a very high level- and so successfully- thanks to Utube?. It started with the Ghetto Boys, in collaboration with Eddy kenzo, and then sprung out Rachel M. and the Masaka Kids below who I have been following for 2 years now. What I wonder is, do these kids benefit from their social media and utube performances- or are the bands owned by adults who take all the returns?. The reason I ask is the kids always look and perform like village kids- dressed as kids from a poor background. Do they go school?
