Nigerians head to the polls tomorrow Saturday, February 16, 2019 to elect a new President. Former VP, Atiku Abubakar, faces President Muhammadu Buhari whose running mate is Yemi Osinbajo (current VP). Buhari, a former military ruler has failed to defeat Boko Haram and that is a major campaign issue that Atiku could count on to emerge dominant.
