{UAH} Outlaw all so-called beauty pegeants

Folks;

The author, Muniini Mulera, is building on the disgust we've expressed here. I reiterate my own displeasure with the Ugandan government for having even considering Curvy Women as a sector in the tourism industry.

Beauty contest is chiefly a western practice, which traces its origin to the Cheer Leader gang that started out at Princeton University in the late 1800's. 

Princeton had lost three seasons of football to Ivy League rival, Harvard. 

Princeton coach decided to bring in scantily dressed girls to cheer for his team, with the hope that the nearly nude girls would distract Harvard players.

The trick worked, and Princeton beat Harvard 37-20. And from there on, Cheer leading would grow to be part of nearly every teams sports today.

I've always had this humongous opposition to parading women like cows in an auction house. 

Women are burdened enough, with daily demands in their lives; we do not need to make place additional hardship, like being competitively sexy and beautiful, on them.
