That Would Be A Desecration Of Monumental Proportions..We Will Dump Kayibanda's Corpse On The Borders Of Rwanda After We Have Hanged Him At The Gallows For The Humongous Crimes He Has Committed And Continues To Commit Against The People And Nation Of Uganda.
