The city is under attack, mother nature decided to simply go after the people. This is a storm and it is huge don’t under estimate it. I was supposed to be in Michigan today, so as always I left early thinking to drive through it, on reaching St Catherine I made up my mind that it was simply not worth it. Turned around and we are home today and possibly tomorrow for this system is going to pound us through the day and night, yet a secondary one is coming upon come Friday.

 

We are closed, and most intelligent offices are closed, Canada post is closed, much of Air Canada flights are cancelled, The following boards have closed schools and cancelled buses: Toronto District School Board, Toronto Catholic District School Board, Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board, Peel District School Board, Halton District School Board, and Halton Catholic District School Board. The following boards have cancelled buses but schools are open: York Catholic District School, York Region District School Board, Durham District School Board, and Durham Catholic District School Board. As far as I know by this posting, all Universities and their campuses are closed as all community colleges across the city. This is a very bad storm for when you look at it on a computer, it is moving very slow but to this point we have not yet seen its tail, thus her intentions are very un-clear to this posting.

 

Get a cold beer and stay home for today is not a day to out there, and tomorrow is questionable as well.
