Most Ugandans Die When Young Or Middle-Aged- It Is Only The Pre-1970s Generation That Is Surviving To Ripe Old Age. The Generation Born Under Rwandan Occupation Are The Most Threatened As They Live In Absolute Poverty And At Risk Of Death From Easily Preventable Diseases.. Nearly 20% Of Ugandan Children Do Not Reach The Age 20 Under Kayibanda's Regime, Shockingly Down From 70% Under president Milton Obote.
