-- Kayibanda has solved Kirumura's murder mystery at last. I hope he solves all the others as well, beginnng with that of his own wife Hope Kwaheru who disappeared in 1976 in Dar es Salaam, never to be seen again. The last person seen with Hope Kwaheru before her mysterious disappearance was none other than yours truly.

The Director of Public Prosecutions has linked the killing of former Buyende District police commander Muhammad Kirumira to rebel operatives of the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) and added that one of the accused confessed to the murder http://bit.ly/2TEL3Di #MonitorUpdates
