Does the Rwandan buffoon not have protocol officers in his office or in the foreign office who advise him how to dress? What about the numerous mistresses he keeps in his harem, such as Nantaba, the Betty prostitutes etc? The man is such a scandal as far dressing is concerned. Nobody would bother if he was walking naked in his ancestral village of Butare town, but this is Uganda and we are proud of certain standards of attire and public appearance. Last time, I posted a picture of the buffoon and his daughter attending a meeting in some European country- and both of them were seated down fully dressed in winter coats. Somebody in the foreign office should have told the two buffoons that in countries that have winter, coats are removed and hang on a wall at the entrance to an office. You dont wear your coat at your meeting. Very simple things- but not so simple for the Rwandan buffoon. Now look at this. He looks like a scarecrow in a Mexican sombrero hat, and yet he is in Mombasa with its smouldering mid 40s temperatures.  Our  country is really cursed to be misruled by an idiot, an uneducated, uncultured buffoon.
