How could Field Marshall Idi Amin Dad have been all that too
intelligent to build a country and institutions Uganda 1978-79
completely destroyed war
In 1977 Amin was actually starting a bus assembly plant with
Yugoslavian help! The buses even before they hit the road was all
vandalised- what was a great loose to the country.
This is very annoying
