I thought I would keep my analysis in pace with the developing situation between Uganda and Rwanda. It's not been possible for at times its difficult to settle down organise ones thought processes.

Let's do some recap. ..

I observed that the cogwheel of the NRA was the children of the soldiers of the Ankole mornach. ..

I have scanty information on how these kids were linked up.

The available theory is that the construct of the Bacwezi was on the woman. ..read the mother.

And that spirituality partly explains why Museveni surrounds himself with women. ..

For instance, much as Nyombi Tembo former RDC Kampala and Minister in several portfolios. ..is a Mukonjo because of the fatter, his mother is a Munyamulenge and was very close to Museveni mother Kokundeka Esteri.

Kokundeka Esteri was running a cell I know of that included Sarapio Karashani former RDC Kampala, the mother in law of Hon Jack Sabiiti. ...etc.

I'm tracking the role played by the mother of Kahinda Otafiire. ..

Indications are the names Kahinda Otafiire is a code. ..

Akahinda like akakosyo is a Runyankole Rukiga word for a small bag a kid would carry.
Those who knew would drop in food for the kid.

Otafiire means who hasn't died.

That kid of a Kahinda wouldn't die. ...the Kahinda Otafiire name goes. ..

I have brought in Otafiire because I gather that James Kabarebe then a Sgt in the NRA was a body guard of Otafiire.

James Kabarebe rose to head RPA and become minister of Defence.

He is now down.

I also gather that Rwigyema was also linked to Otafiire. ..

Be that as it may James Kabarebe became fundamental in the definition of the NRA Historical Mission.

I observed in my previous article that the Bahima of the Ankole mornach were sidelined

That Mugisha Muntu who was with Poul Kagame in CMI was elevated to Army Commander whilst Kagame assumed command of the RPA. ..

That Joram Mugume who was much senior to Mugisha Muntu, was among the first four brigadiers and Chief of Combat operations merely deputised Muntu.

One can therefore argue that the elevation of Muntu wasn't for command but to facilitate the war effort in Rwanda.

People like Samson Mande and Dan Mugarura then in charge of military hardware purchases and logistics were thrown out of the military when they attempted to sabotage Rwandese smuggling operations under cover of transporting military weapons.

These soldiers including Andrew Lutaya then anti snuggling unit didn't know that smuggling was officially sanctioned by the Museveni Deep State.

So Joram Mugume of the Late Magara line couldn't assume full command, Muntu and Kagame would execute the mission of the overthrow of Habyarimana.

To understand the fall out between Museveni and Kagame ones needs to study the fall out between Muntu and Museveni, and Muntu and Besigye. ..

To avoid a lengthy article, I will do this fall out separately.

James Kabarebe was very instrumental in the up rise of the Banyamulenge that culminated into the fall of Mubutu and the rise of Laurent Kabila Democratic Republic of Congo.

In Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo Kagame and Kabila were never Museveni choice as presidents.

In Rwanda Museveni preffered a Hutu and Zaire he wanted a National conference to chose another leader other than Laurent Kabila.

I sympathise with Museveni thought processes.

These persons political ambitions would jeopardise the NRA historic mission.

The uprising of Laurent Kabila that saw the removal of James Kabarebe and Bizima Karaha saw Rwanda and Uganda launch an attack at Kitoona, capture of Matadi port and advance to Inga Dam towards Kinshasha. ..

This military offensive was defeated by Zimbabwe, Angola and Namibia.

I have previously refereed this to Kitoona consensus.

The decision to reinforce Rwanda in this attack was solely Museveni decision.

This operation had to fail anyway because the NRA was over stretched.

The NRA was battling Bashir in Sudan and was going to open up another front deep inside Zaire much closer to Angola.

The NRA Military command through Saleh failed to prevail on Museveni to think otherwise.

These others including Salim Saleh didn't know the NRA Historical Mission.

James Kabarebe and Museveni in Gulu were conscious of the NRA Historical mission and the NRA and RPA matched to their defeat at Kitoona.

The NRA RPA were defeated by a huge alliance of Angola, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Chad. I'm not sure whether Africa in recent history has had a war surpassing this record of military alliances in military combat.

Indications are that the two RPA and NRA took different approaches in negotiating their surrender and withdraw from this military defeat.

It's not therefore surprising that the two allies fought each other twice in Kisangani.

The two had different political leaders the likes Prof Wamba Dia Wamba etc.

Museveni opened up another front in the North of DR Congo under Bemba captured Central Africa from the coup makers against Bozize and came closer to taking Kinshasha.

In the Sun city talks South Africa, Bemba was made Vice president and later neutralised through military means.

He was not allowed to run in the recent elections and his candidate Fayulu was rigged out.

The heads of the NRA RPA military who clashed in Kisangani were Kaziini and Nyamwasa.

Kale Kayihura too was involved for he was privy to the historic mission.

James Kaziini was assassinated under cover of Draru but after humiliation in the military court martial and Kayumba Nyamwasa was shot in the stomach. Kale Kayihura is in the procession of Kaziini.
At least I have seen the woman who is taking Matayo Kyaligonza. .I'm waiting for Draru who will take Kale Kayihura.

What is critical though is that the three officers played a pivatol role in the development of vicious militias that ravaged the Kivus in DR Congo.

It's this vulcano in the Kivus that is poised to destroy Kagame and Museveni.

In the next episodes we shall ponder on the collapse of James Kabarebe, Kayihura, Amama Mbabazi etc and the highway to a devastating war between Museveni and Kagame that will give full meaning to the definition of barbarism. ..
