Frank, do you think Europe cares about Britain's continued membership at all? I have read statements which seem to be intended not to leave the hardliners any choice. Like Junker saying that there will be no third chance; if the deal is rejected again there will be no Brexit. A hardliner reading this will have no choice but to vote for the deal.
