The Terrorist Lewis Ludlow, A Muslim Convert, Was Stopped By Anti-Terror Police At Heathrow Airport Last February 2108 While Boarding A Plane To Manila, Philippines. His Plan Was To Murder As Many As 100 Filipinos, If Not More, A Similar Number To Those He Later Attempted To Murder On The Busy Oxford Street In London. Lewis Ludlow Was Coordinating His Murderous Plans With The Isis Terror Group, And His Handler Was A Philippines Based Terrorist.
