  By 2016, EC told us the IDs were 15M. We can't verify that assertion.

We actually have the IDs. By 2016, EC told us the IDs were 15M. We can't verify that assertion.Now they claim by 2018, the registered people with IDs were 17M. We still cannot verify the claim.

The strategy is to get Museveni off the ballot or participating in an election he organised.

It happened in DRC and Kabila was stopped. It happened in Algeria and Bouteflika was stopped. It happened in Sudan and Bashir was stopped.

Btw even in Kenya, Moi was stopped from being on the ballot. Kenya has moved on now slightly.

In other instances, elections have had to be postponed. In DRCs case, Kabila remained in office for more than 2yrs but eventually left.

You must make a choice whether you want to compete with Museveni or without Museveni.

To achieve DRC, Sudan, Algeria and Kenya situation, you struggle. You force the dictator to give way.
